Adhesive Range

As you will probably be aware various applications require different adhesives for correct adhesion.

Permagrip

We have had formulated an adhesive which covers many applications. The benefit of the Permagrip adhesive is that prints can be easily repositioned for a short period of time before permanent adhesion takes place. The other major benefit over PVA and other glues is that the specially formulated Permagrip can be left in the machine overnight without the adhesive degrading or gumming up the gluer. Switch off the machine at the end of the day . . . no clean down time . . . switch it on the next day . . . or even the next and you're ready to go!

For those familiar with the Rollataq adhesive you will find the Permagrip very similar. The two main differences are:

1. with faster machinery than the Rollataq.
2. The Permagrip is both acid free and neutral, the
2. Rollataq is alkaline.

Other Adhesives

Though the Permagrip will cover many applications there will be specific requirements which it may not handle. Please talk to us with regard to your specific adhesion requirements. We have strong links with our specialist adhesive formulators to match your product criteria with specific adhesives.

Application Equipment

Our adhesives can be used on our Mountmaster and Gluemaster ranges. They can also be used on other machinery, such as the Nubal, Swift, Campbell, CMC, Daige and Rollataq machines.
